Why can’t I take photos?
Go to iOS Settings › Crystal Keeper and enable Camera access.
Why can’t I select photos from my library?
Go to iOS Settings › Crystal Keeper and enable Photos access.
Will my data be uploaded to the internet?
Your collection stays locally on your device. A compressed photo is uploaded only when you actively use AI identification, solely to recognize the crystal.
How do I delete my data?
To delete one item, long-press it in Collection and choose Delete. To clear everything, open the My page, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete.
